Joseph D'Armi

I have over 25 years of broad experience in information technology and in the last 10 years, I have been a senior manager, business consultant and lead architect on many web based collaborative solutions for prominent organisation such as solutions for RBS, IBM, De Beers, De’Longhi, Home Office, Department of Health, Acas, GAVI Alliance, P&G, Urenco, BBC, Manchester United, Laya Healthcare, TNT, CIMA, British Gas and many others.

I am passionate about the potential for user-centric approaches and collaboration tools to improve all aspects of business.

More recently, I have been developing ways to quickly 

discover, design and implement software solutions with an approach which has already been shown to work in accounts.

This approach focuses on the six success factors for solutions: tangible senior management involvement, allow users to drive how it is used, design it as part of their daily routine, provide personal incentives, include peer leaders in key roles, and find the right mix of freedom and control.

To accomplish this, we identify fire-starter initiatives which have senior management buy in, then engage influential peer leader stakeholders, educate them on the capabilities of the platform and allow them to identify a set of working patterns to put it to use, then capabilities are developed in an agile way, drawing on and delivering through these stakeholders.
